Apostille Document is an authentication process, which is necessary for public certificates
to be internationally recognized. If anyone looking for going to visit foreign countries, that
time public documents should be verified from the highest authority. This procedure takes
lots of time to complete the procedure. Because of this reason, the apostille was introduced
to simplify the process and to speed up the process. But apostille can do only those people
who are going to those countries which are part of the Hague Convention.

What is Apostille?

Apostille is a Process to Certify, authenticate and Complete the legalization procedure.
Apostille is a document proving formality that aims
to simplify the legalization of documents to verify
their authenticity in order to be valid internationally. When you
apostille a document, an apostille sticker or a stamp can be obtained from the
authorized department. The sticker obtained from the highest authority is
system generated unique recognition number and which
mentioned in the back of documents. This stores all the records
online and allows the concerned authorities to check the authenticity
in a more convenient manner. After this application of the sticker from the MEA,
there usually is no need for any added certification from the embassy.

What is a certificate apostille?


Certificate apostille is a process of apostille document or verifies documents for getting a stamp or sticker from the authorized legalization department. We can do different types of certificate apostille. Certificate apostille is required when anyone looking for going to foreign countries for all sorts of reasons,obtaining employment visa or work visa, applying for temporary or permanent residency, or for pursuing education on student visa, carrying out deals for business expansion e.g. importing or exporting products this requirement is mandatory for the countries which are part of the Hague convention.

that solely certifies the educational documents.

4)SDM Attestation:
Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) is an alternative for the State attestation
in some instances.

5)Chamber of Commerce Attestation:
The Chamber of Commerce (CoC) is a local business association and the
first step in the verification of your commercial documents before
the legalization of MEA.
6)MEA Attestation:
The MEA is the arm of the central government that manages foreign
affairs which will provide the apostille sticker and MEA
stamp as per the requirement.

Be it Apostille or Attestation, both the terms basically
mean legalization or authentication of the documents.
The process differs as different countries have different
requirements and procedures for the concerned documents.
